The field we walk through to get to the beach sometimes has erupted with bright yellow flowers, it’s beautiful. Zoey likes to run through them and she looks totally adorable 🙂
She’s also found lots of stinky and dead things to roll in recently, including (but not limited) to: a really dead, dried frog (she also lay down and gave that a good chewing – yum!), a dead and flattened bird, a splatter of bird poo and some pebbles of sheep poo…Zoey really is quite talented at finding all these amazing things 😀
Despite living near the sea there has been no breeze at all these past few days, and when that sun hits you, man it’s hot! Check out all the blue skies… *melts into a puddle*
At the beach today
(please excuse the oddly fuzzy photos, turns out there was sellotape over the mobile’s lens!)
This tiny stream seems to flow towards the sea. However when the tide comes in the stream quadruples in size, it’s quite amazing. Can you see at the very top of the banks where the soil is wet? That is how high the water gets! It’s quite unbelievable.
And walking one of our clients’ dogs along the canal. At least there was some shade there with the trees and bridges 😉
GP appt tomorrow to ask if she can / will change one of my meds, as something really needs to be done. Unfortunately I’m not sure whether it’s in her power to do so, and my official appt to change my meds is several months away….good times! (only not really…really, really bad times in fact 😛 ) Oh well.
